Outreach Presentations
Let the Museum Come to You
Can't get to the Museum? Explore the objects, ideas and insights of
Fuller Craft Museum’s most popular exhibitions through interactive
Outreach Presentations. Museum Educators can come to your school, community
organization or business and lead an interactive presentation that
can be supplemented with a related hands-on craft activity. Call Karin
Goodfellow at 508.588.6000 x112 for more information.
Choose from 3 presentations!
- Pulp Function - Paper art! Discover the history of paper
art while exploring myriad ways paper can lend itself as medium
for art making. You will create your own paper art inspired by
the show.
- Trashformations - From trash to art! Learn how 17 artists
use their imaginations to reconfigure ordinary objects into inventive
masterpieces. Hands-on activities allow you to make your own recycled
art.
- Quilts and Symmetry - Math in art! Learn how quilters use
patterns and symmetry in their creations. A no-sew mini “quilt” activity
lets you make your own creative design.
45-minute presentation, $100 (up to 25 people, $3 for each additional
person).
75-minute presentation with hands-on craft activity, $150 (up to 25
people, $5 for each additional person)
